Mr. Khalid Said Al Wahaibi, has a Degree in Business Administration: International Business and majored in Arts & Political Science both through Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, Washington, USA with an experience of more than 14 years in several senior management positions in a large conglomerate business group. He is also on the board of National Gas Company SAOG.

Sheikh Khalid Mustahil Ahmed Al Mashani, Deputy Chairman, is a Graduate in Economics and Masters in International Bounderies. He is also on the board of joint stock companies including the Chairman of Bank Muscat and Dhofar International Development & Investment Co.SAOG.

Mr. Ibrahim Al Wahaibi, Director, has a Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration through University of San Diego, California, USA with an experience of more than 12 years in various senior positions in a large conglomerate business group.

Sheikh Tariq Salim Mustahil Al Mashani, Director, is a businessman having family business under Al Tamman Trading Establishment. He is the Chairman of Muscat International Bitumen LLC and Rayaha Al Etifaq LLC. He joined the Company as a Director effective 21 May 2014.

Mr. Nabil Hamed Zahran Al Mahrouqi holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Strathclyde in the UK and a Bachelor degree in Science from the College of Commerce and Economics, Sultan Qaboos University, majoring in Finance and has more than 15 years of experience in investment in international financial markets, management and financial analysis and research.

Mr. Zaki Hassan Al Naseeb, Director, is MBA from University of Salford (UK) and BSBA from Western International University (UK). He is with Project Management - Ministry of Defence. He also holds directorship in various joint stock companies.

Mr.Shikar Bipin Dharamsey Nensey, Director, holds Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics, Babson College (School of Business). He is the Managing Director of Al Maha Financial Services LLC.

Sheikh Awadh Salim Mustahil Al Maashani has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance. He is the Managing Director in Al Tamman Group. Has experience in Finance, Senior Management and is a director in several companies.

Mr. Imad Al Salmi is an Investment Associate at Ministry of Defense Pension fund, he is responsible for managing a multi-asset class portfolio in the Private Equity and Fixed Income in Oman, GCC and globally. Mr. Imad Al Salmi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Sultan Qaboos University, he is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst "CAIA". Mr. Al Salmi is in the Board of Al Omaniya Financial Services SAOG and two other unlisted hospitality companies.
